1. Project Management

Project:
• Power asset improvement (Ural)

Aims:
• Urgent ganging, including of workers research and relocation
• Work gang management (30 persons; permanent work location )

Conclusions:
• Ganging has been completed within 15 days
• All the workers were enrolled as RRC Consulting staff
• All work gang management completed by RRC Consulting, up to workers dismission.

Project:
• Research and management of drilling crews
Aims:
• Increase staffing for long distance work (rotating scheme)
Conclusions:
• As a rush job, all the works were completed within 2,5 weaks
• Personnel was firstly enrolled as RRC Consulting staff to be partially re-employed for the Client after work evaluation in field.
• No quality complaints were raised against RRC Consulting.

2. Project segment management

Segment:
• Sales management for a large-scale Internet start-up
Aims:
• Develop carefully thought – out sales development plan in line of HR
• Totally manage the segment of sales, including of financial reports
Conclusions:
• Detailed business development plan has been crafted
• Database in line of HR has been carefully made for the Client.

Segment:
• Back office administration for railroad equipment producer
Aims:
• Recruitment of the personnel and overall control of administrative functions (supply, reception, bookkeeping)
Conclusions:
• Regained control of the office work. One of the employees was re- enrolled at the client’s premises as office administrator.
